Develop and compile recommended actions for the data content, application and infrastructure architecture, as well as data governance within the framework of the regulations (GDPR) and compliance guidelines based on a detailed assessment of the existing solution.

Core tasks
Creation of a customer-specific questionnaire, evaluation of documents, cross-departmental interviews, creation of a target solution plan with recommendations for action, technical support in go-to-market implementation.
