Design of a company-wide business and department requirements- oriented data governance structure and data architecture on the basis of an established data island architecture and approval by the company management.

Core tasks
Collection of a catalogue of requirements & capabilities in cooperation with business users as well as the derivation and prioritisation of use cases. Derivation of technical and organisational capabilities on the basis of the business capabilities. Creation of a target solution plan and roadmaps on the basis of a actual/ target analysis. Creation of a shortlist of suitable vendors and planning of pilot testing.
