Design and creation of an implementation plan for BCBS 239-compliant risk reporting

Focus
Detailed analysis and documentation of the regulatory actual/target situation. Detailed analysis and documentation of processes, roles and data lineage. Derivation of a target landscape and implementation plan using the results from the analysis in alignment with the group-wide data governance and BI standards.

Core tasks
Analysis and documentation of all processes and content of the risk management data and departments providing the data. Evaluation of degree of BCBS 239 compliance. Recording and harmonisation of group-wide solutions and standards. Creation of a solution concept for risk management. Approval of the concept with data governance and data strategy stakeholders.
